Gloria Y Cervantes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in tourism, security, and customer service. Currently serving as the San Antonio Housing Coordinator at the San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau since March 2014, Gloria is a Certified Tourism Ambassador and specializes in organizing accommodations for convention guests. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Cashier at the San Antonio Airport Parking Department, where daily operations and customer service were key responsibilities, and as a Security Officer at the Alamodome, consulting on regulations and managing classified materials.
