Huipin Zhang

Huipin Zhang has a long history of work experience. In 2020, they founded and became the CEO of Visla, a company that helps create polished videos at scale. Prior to this, they were a Founding Engineer and Chief Scientist at Zoom Video Communications, Inc. from 2011. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Senior Manager and Founder of WebEx video at Cisco Systems, Inc. Before that, from 2005 to 2007, they were an Algorithm Engineer at Mobilygen, designing H.264 video codec architecture and algorithms.

Huipin Zhang holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Rice University and a MS and BS in Mathematics from Beijing Normal University.
