Joe Lipowski

Joe Lipowski is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, primarily as Chief Technology Officer at various companies, including Vislink Technologies, Starry, Inc., Project Decibel, and Aereo, Inc. With a solid foundation in engineering, Lipowski held prominent positions such as Senior Vice President of Engineering at LoJack, Vice President of Research at Andrew Corporation, and Director of RF Hardware Development at Lucent Technologies. Lipowski earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
