Cristian Nicoara

Cristian Nicoara is a highly experienced professional in cloud architecture and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Cloud Architect and Team Lead at Visma Software Romania since August 2010. With a strong background in supporting modern engineering practices and cloud technologies, Cristian has significantly impacted over 100 teams by focusing on public cloud architecture, continuous delivery, and DevOps, among other areas. Previous roles at Visma include Cloud Architect, Infrastructure Engineer, Solution Manager, and System Administrator, where responsibilities ranged from infrastructure management to application-specific support. Cristian began the career as a Network Engineer at RCS&RDS while pursuing an engineering degree in Computers from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, completed in 2006.
