Sara Filseth has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sara most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Vissim since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Operasjonsdirektør/COO for Byggteknologi og utvikling at GK from February 2022 to April 2023. Sara also held the position of Head of GeoEngineering at TerraTec AS from August 2017 to February 2022. Sara Filseth completed their MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management at Linköping University from 1995 to 1999. In 2017, they obtained a certification in the Strategy Execution Program from INSEAD.
