Simone Orlowski-Gracz, PhD, is a seasoned professional in user experience design and research, currently serving as Senior Director of Experience Design at Vista since March 2024. Previously, Simone held various leadership roles at Wayfair from December 2018 to February 2024, including Director of UX Research, Writing, and Platforms Experience Design, where responsibilities included leading the global user research function to enhance digital experiences and inform business strategies. Prior to Wayfair, Simone gained extensive experience at Mass General Brigham, focusing on user-centered design in connected health technology, and held positions in academia, including instructor roles at Harvard Medical School and Flinders University. Simone holds a PhD in Youth Mental Health, Technology, and Participatory Design from Flinders University, along with multiple degrees in psychological science, education, and molecular biology.
