Laura Norton has diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Panorama Magazine. Laura then worked as a Public Relations Intern at Regan Communications in 2010. In 2012, they held temporary positions as a Data Verification Associate at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and as an eCommerce Merchandise Assistant at Work 'n Gear.
From 2012 to 2018, Laura worked at Cambridge Healthtech Institute, first as a Marketing Associate and then as a Conference Production Coordinator. In 2018, they joined CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) as an Audit Associate.
Currently, Laura is working at Vista Higher Learning. Laura started as a Staff Accountant in 2020 and has recently been promoted to Senior Accountant, a position they have held since August 2022.

- From 2016 to 2018, they attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting.
- From 2008 to 2010, they studied at UMass Boston and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management.
- From 2006 to 2008, they attended the University of New Hampshire, although no degree or field of study information is provided for this period.
