Doug Pfau

Doug Pfau is an experienced engineer currently serving as the Chief Program Engineer for Clusters and Displays at Visteon Corporation since January 2021, overseeing product development for multiple display programs across various global markets. With a prior tenure at Visteon from 2004 to 2018 in roles such as Technical Sales Manager for Displays and Manager of the Mechanical Engineering Department, Doug has cultivated expertise in managing technical relationships with OEMs and leading engineering teams in product design. Additionally, Doug worked at Ford Motor Company from 1990 to 2004 as a Core Decorative Plastics Product Engineering Supervisor, contributing to international engineering teams. Early career experience includes a Product Engineer role at Delco Electric, Inc., and an engineering internship at IBM. Doug holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, Construction Technology from Eastern Michigan University, and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University.
