Jack O'Neil

Jack O'Neil has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jack started their career in 1984 as a Research Scientist at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. From 1991 to 1998, they worked as a Senior Manager of Mammalian Cell Research at W.R. Grace & Co.'s Research Division, Grace Biomedical, and Circe Biomedical, Inc. In 1998, they briefly served as the Director of Process Development at VIVORX, INC. Jack then joined Joslin Diabetes Center as an Associate Director in 1998 and held this role until 2003.

In 2003, Jack joined Johnson & Johnson as a Principal Scientist/Associate Director and worked in this position until 2012. Jack then transitioned to the role of Principal Scientist at the same company until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they held the position of Director, Preclinical Development Lead at Johnson & Johnson.

Since 2019, Jack has been associated with Visterra Inc., where they initially served as the Director of Preclinical Development until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Preclinical Development at Visterra Inc. starting from January 2023.

Jack O'Neil obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology, General from Worcester State University. Jack studied at Worcester State University from 1980 to 1984.
