Charlisha Kelly

Charlisha Kelly, MBA, PHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator at Vistra Corp., a position held since July 2020, and previously worked as a Transaction Management Agent II. Prior to joining Vistra Corp., Charlisha Kelly was employed at 4Change Energy from May 2019 to July 2020 as a Customer Issues Agent and at TXU Energy from January 2014 to May 2019 as a Business Account Manager and Customer Service Representative. Additionally, Charlisha Kelly completed a marketing internship at Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange in early 2018. Charlisha Kelly holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Human Resources Management from LSU Shreveport, earned between 2021 and 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and Marketing from the University of Louisiana Monroe, completed from 2015 to 2018.
