Jake Welch

Jake Welch possesses extensive experience in technical management within the construction industry, currently serving as a Technical Manager at Vistry Group since May 2020. Prior to this role, Jake held the position of Technical Manager and Senior Technician at Crest Nicholson plc from May 2014 to April 2020. Additionally, Jake worked as an Architectural Design Assistant at Ricochet Productions for a short period in 2013. Jake holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Technology and Design from the University of the West of England, completed in 2013, and an Access course in Physics and Chemistry from Truro College in 2010. Early education was completed at Stratford upon Avon High School from 1994 to 1998.
