Prior to Superdry, Ruth held the position of European Head of Talent & Organisational Effectiveness at AkzoNobel, overseeing a significant customer base, and previously led an award-winning emerging talent program at Unipart Group. Ruth's educational background includes a degree from Solent University and a foundation from Bristol Grammar School.
