Derek Sikora is the Co-Founder & CTO of Vita Inclinata Technologies. Derek brings vast experience in aerospace systems design with an emphasis in automation. His design experience kicked off at a young age developing agile Naval solutions. His work in recent years was primarily geared towards Aircrew Gunnery Simulation & Training as well as proprietary Sense & Avoid Technology. Derek’s inspiration is sourced from an underlying drive to deliver intelligent systems that resolve human error. He and his team are the inventors of Vita’s Load Stability System, the first of many life-saving solutions to come.
