Bethany Guard

Bethany Guard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and customer operations. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success and Support at Vita Mojo since August 2023, Bethany has previously held key roles at Flipdish, including Head of Global Support and Success Ops and Customer Success Lead UK. Bethany also volunteered at The Felix Project and served as Chief Customer Officer at First Mile, where a successful tenure included various customer experience-focused positions. Earlier career highlights include roles at Majestic Wine, where Bethany progressed from Retail Store Manager to Ecommerce Manager. Academically, Bethany holds a degree in History from the University of Cambridge and a Level 4 Diploma in Wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
