Vital Strategies
Dr. Martin Bratschi is an accomplished epidemiologist and microbiologist with extensive experience in public health. Currently serving as Technical Director for Civil Registration and Vital Statistics at Vital Strategies since January 2016, Martin has also held various deputy director roles related to technical implementation and regional oversight. Prior experience includes a project associate position within the Health System Support Unit at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute from May 2009 to November 2015. Martin's academic credentials include a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Basel, a Master of Science in Infection Disease from the National University of Singapore, and dual bachelor's degrees in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and Economics from the University of Calgary.
