Chrissy Russell

Chrissy Russell, LSCSW, has a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral health. Most recently, they held positions at VitalCore Health Strategies, starting as the Director of Behavioral Health in July 2022 and then transitioning to Vice President of Behavioral Health in December 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Centurion Health as the Mental Health Director at the Topeka Correctional Facility from April 2022 to July 2022. Before joining Centurion Health, Chrissy worked at Valeo Behavioral Health Care for several years in various roles, including CIT Coordinator and Crisis & Intake Clinician, CIT Team Leader & Mental Health Court Clinician/Jail Liaison, and Co Responder. Chrissy began their career at KVC Health Systems as a Case Manager and later became a Training Specialist.

Chrissy Russell, LSCSW, holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work from Washburn University, which they completed in 2015. Prior to their MSW, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Washburn University in 2013.
