Patti Randall has a diverse range of work experience starting in 1986. Patti worked as a VP Finance at Ziff-Davis/Information Access Company for ten years and then served as the CFO at Softbank Marketing Solutions from 1997 to 2000. Patti went on to work at PERSIST Technologies as CFO from 2002 to 2003 and then at Active Reasoning as CFO from 2003 to 2006. Patti served as the CFO at Kiptronic from 2007 to 2008 and later joined Bridgeway, LLC as a consultant from 2005 to 2009. Patti held the position of CFO at CourseSmart from 2006 until it was purchased by VitalSource Technologies in 2014. After the acquisition, they became the Vice President of Finance and Administration at VitalSource Technologies, where they currently hold the position.
Patti Randall obtained their MBA from Notre Dame de Namur University from 1996 to 1998. Patti also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from California State University - East Bay.
