- 5+ years of experience working with Cerner integrations (hospital IT, vendor-side, or consultant experience).
- Deep familiarity with Cerner’s backend, APIs, HL7, FHIR, and data formats for integrations.
- Experience working in a hospital IT setting or a role where they interfaced with EHR integration challenges.
- Strong consultative and communication skills, able to engage in sales-driven conversations with SaaS executives.
- Comfortable working in a contract/freelance capacity with flexibility in project-based work.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience working with other EHRs (Epic, Meditech, Athena, etc.).
- Familiarity with integration middleware or interface engines (Mirth, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf).
- Background in healthcare interoperability standards and data security best practices.
Time Commitment
We anticipate 6 - 12 months of involvement.
The recruiting process:
- Step 1: Technical Round ( TBCl) - 60 mins
