Shawn Sullivan

Shawn Sullivan is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as a Senior Unified Communications Analyst and previously as a Senior Telecom Analyst at VITAS Healthcare since November 2005. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as a Technician at Black Box Network Services from November 1998 to November 2005, focusing on cabling installations, including Cat5, Cat6, and fiber. Earlier experience includes a technician position at Telephone and Data Systems™ (TDS™) from September 1997 to September 1998 and at International Fibercom - AST, Inc. from September 1995 to September 1997. Shawn holds several certifications, including CCNA-Voice, CCNA Advanced, and ECI Telecom/Tadiran PBX Advanced Certification, all obtained in 2011 and 2003.
