Colin Farquhar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently, Colin serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales at VITEC since April 2021. Prior to this, Colin was the CEO of Exterity, a global provider of enterprise IP video products and technology, from November 2001 to February 2022. Earlier in Colin's career, product management responsibilities included overseeing the VideoBridge product family at Indigovision (1999-2001) and marketing roles at Shiva Communication, where Colin held positions as European Marketing Director and Product Marketing Manager (1996-1999). Colin began the career as a Field Applications Engineer at Texas Instruments from 1988 to 1994. Educationally, Colin holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and Microprocessor Engineering from the University of Strathclyde (1983-1987).
