Heather Wadekamper

Heather (Trathen) Wadekamper has extensive experience in project and solutions management within the technology and human resources sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Solutions Manager at Vitech Systems Group since October 2009, Heather oversees production systems for Client Benefits, Claims, and Pension Administration, managing upgrades and critical support. Prior to this, Heather was a Senior HRIS Consultant at BearingPoint, leading a team for the Benefits Module configuration in SAP, and served as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at the Superior Court of California, where major HRIS solutions were implemented and managed. Heather earned a Master’s degree in Human Communication Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication Studies from California State University, Chico.
