Prior to this role, Stephan worked at Continental from November 2010 to August 2019, where responsibilities included IT project management for cloud enablement in China and serving as the Process Owner for Service Asset and Configuration Management. Previous internships at Nokia Siemens Networks and Care Fusion provided early experience in IT service management. Stephan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Regensburg, earned between 2007 and 2010.
