Santosh Tripathy has extensive experience in finance and accounting, particularly in high-growth or start-up organizations. Santosh has held roles such as Co-Founder & CFO at Vitrana, where they focused on setting up companies, business structure, finance facilities, budgeting, business analysis, treasury, and accounting. Santosh also worked as the Head of Finance & Accounts at Dasnac Designarch Infrastructure Private Limited, where they were responsible for project funding, developing finance and business strategy, and managing fund raising through private equity, IPO, and debt. Prior to that, they held various finance roles at Amrapali Heartbeat City, Health Sciences Services India at Oracle Corporation, Mirage International Limited, Zee Turner Limited, and J.M.Baxi & Co. Overall, Santosh has built expertise in financial management, budgetary control, managing treasury, optimizing receivables, raising debt and equity, and developing cohesive teams.
Santosh Tripathy completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Punjab Technical University in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a LLB degree in Commercial Law from Utkal University, which they completed between 1993 and 1996. Santosh also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Accounting and Finance from Utkal University, which they earned between 1990 and 1993.

Vitrana is a Malagasy word literally meaning 'a seam in a cloth' and provides a useful metaphor for the company. Vitrana consists of a group of health science IT practitioners coming together with a shared vision to drive major advances in the quality, efficiency and cost of clinical research, development and patient care through leveraging key technology innovations in clinical and healthcare information management. Vitrana's mission is to develop an integrated healthcare and life sciences IT platform, providing both clinical and healthcare application hosting, maintenance and comprehensive integration services across the enterprise.
