Olivia Natens serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales Marketing at Vitrolife Group since January 2024. Previously, Olivia held significant leadership roles at Medtronic from September 2010 to August 2023, including Sr. Business Director for Enabling Technologies in Western Europe, where responsibilities involved overseeing a team of over 190 employees and achieving substantial financial goals. Olivia's expertise encompasses transformational change management, strategic planning, omnichannel marketing, and P&L responsibility. Prior experience includes managing Medtronic's BeNeLux operations, where Olivia drove innovation and Value-Based Healthcare initiatives, and roles at Novo Nordisk and UCB Pharma, focusing on marketing and product management in the pharmaceutical sector. Olivia holds an advanced degree in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Antwerp, complemented by executive education from Vlerick Business School.
