Simone Payne

Simone Payne is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer experience and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Customer and Retail Experience at vitruvi since April 2017, Simone has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Director of Experience and Community and Director of Partnerships and Experience. Prior to vitruvi, Simone worked as a Customer Care Associate at Aritzia and gained valuable experience as a Campaign Associate at United Way of the Lower Mainland. Additionally, Simone contributed to United Way Fraser Valley as a Labour Sponsored Representative and held a Lead Supervisor position at Cultus Lake Waterpark. Educationally, Simone graduated from Trinity Western University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and completed internships in communications at BreakThru Productions and Reframe Marketing.
