Peter Rennert

Peter Rennert, PhD, is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in computer vision and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at VitVio since January 2024, Peter previously held the position of Director of Engineering Management at Standard AI, where a team focused on developing a scalable, secure data platform. Peter's background includes serving as CTO at ThirdEye Labs, where the emphasis was on enhancing retail operations through computer vision, as well as co-founding Hypermetric, which specialized in image and video search powered by machine learning. Peter's academic credentials include a PhD in Computer Science from University College London and a Master's degree in Vision and Robotics from multiple European institutions.
