Andy Jackson has worked in the transport industry for over six years. In 2020, they joined VivaCity as Traffic Simulation Research Lead, where they are responsible for AI sensors and 'Smart Junctions' signal control. Additionally, they serve as Traffic Microsimulation Researcher. Prior to this, they worked at Transport for London from 2014 to 2020 in various roles, including Principal Operational Control Officer, Senior Network Manager and Traffic Control Engineer.
Andy Jackson attended Durham University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
