Matt Shaw has a wealth of work experience. Matt began their career in 2014 as a Summer Intern at Brookes Bell Group, where they analyzed incident reports of a damaged vessel, researched ship terminology, and modeled a ship's propulsion system using Excel. In 2015, they joined The Cambridge Hub as a Social Innovation Program, where they produced a feasibility report, researched marketing strategy, and developed consulting, presentation, and project management skills. In 2016, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Rolls-Royce, a Consultant at Cambridge Consulting Network, and an Events Coordinator at Impact Through Innovation Cambridge. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at PA Consulting Group as a Technology Innovation Management Intern, and at Teneo as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant. In 2021, Matt joined both VivaCity as a Senior Product Manager and UK Wallball as Head of Strategy & Operations.
