Karen Nguyen

Karen Nguyen has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they worked as a Sales Operations Coordinator at Vivi starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator at eStore Logistics from October 2020 to December 2021, where they oversaw customer service and worked closely with warehouse functions. In 2020, they worked as a Contact Tracer at TTEC for the NHS Contract Tracing and Advisory Service, and as a Customer Care Coordinator at Persimmon Homes. In 2019, they were a Resource Coordinator at the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, where they scheduled healthcare professionals and performed rostering functions. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Business & Sales Administrator at ORCA Civil Products, where they managed logistics and inventory and coordinated order dispatches. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Associate at MYER and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Melbourne Business School.
