Ashley Forche has a diverse work experience. Ashley began their career as a Trainee at the Nashville Ballet in 2015. In 2016, they became a Lifestyle Blogger at The Balanced Ballerina. In 2018, Ashley worked as a Copywriter at Civilis Marketing and a Dancer at Oklahoma City Ballet. From 2019 to 2021, Ashley held various roles including Digital Marketing Specialist for various companies, Contributing Writer & Website Content Carryover at Orthopreneur Internet Marketing Solutions, Dance Instructor, Professional Dancer and Office Manager at Verb Ballets, and Blogger & Content Creator at Kaleidoscope. In 2022, Ashley became an Account Executive and Account Coordinator at VividFront.

Ashley Forche attended Columbus School for Girls from 2003 to 2016 and graduated with a High School degree. From 2012 to 2015, they received pre-professional ballet training at BalletMet Columbus.
