Kendra Keene

Kendra Keene is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and program coordination. Currently serving as a Patient Coordinator at The Skin Center since January 2023, Kendra previously worked as a Concierge/Front Desk Associate at Hotel Iroquois, where a premier boutique hotel experience was facilitated for guests. Additional roles include a Community Programming Intern at the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, a Tour Guide at John Carroll University, a Marketing Assistant at JCU Recreation, a Business Development Intern at Naviant, and a Social Media and Event Intern at Rebecca Adele PR & Events. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Integrated Marketing Communications and a minor in Gender Studies from John Carroll University, completed in 2022.
