Adam Malcolm has over 25 years of experience in the overhaul and repair of rotating electrical plant and equipment. Adam joined Kenshaw Electrical in 2014 as Manager of the Workshop and Non-Destructive Testing Services Group, and ascended to the General Manager role in 2017. Adam has driven exponential growth across all business areas of Kenshaw and NDT Services Group, including over 4x growth in revenue and 20x growth in EBITDA since moving into the leadership role. Adam holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management and a Diploma in in Occupational Health & Safety.
