Thomas Chastagner

Thomas Chastagner serves as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion and Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page since July 2023, focusing on transforming HR strategies to enhance inclusivity and performance. In addition, Thomas is a Radio Chronicler, Expert in Health and Social Innovation, and Interview Host at Vivre FM since March 2023, highlighting innovative solutions in the medico-social sector. As the Founder of Jolievie, established in July 2020, Thomas leads a platform aimed at fostering social connections for individuals with disabilities and vulnerable populations. Previously, Thomas held roles such as the Training Center Manager at API Provence, Director at Vivre Autrement, Quality Manager at the Health Foundation for Students in France, and Moderator for the Medical Law rubric at The Little Jurist. Educationally, Thomas completed a Harvard Master of Business Essentials in 2019 and holds a Master’s degree in Law and Management of Health Care Units from the University of Montpellier.
