Tom Spillane has over 20 years of experience in operations and food service management. Tom began their career as a Food Service Manager at Hale and Dorr / Flik in 1997 and held this role until 2001. Tom then joined VIVREAU North America in 2008 as the VP of Operations, where they currently work.
