This is referred to as Mid-Market Performing Credit. We want to address the massive demand-supply imbalance in debt access. The Mid-Market Performing Credit space currentlyhas approximately US$100 billion in outstanding debt, implying per-entity debt of less than US$7 million and a weighted average debt/equity ratio of approximately 0.4x. These figures indicate persistent under-penetration.
