Puneet Kedia

Puneet Kedia is an experienced professional in the field of internal audit, currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at Vivriti Capital since September 2022, focusing on quality assurance and stakeholder management. Previously, Puneet held various roles at SBI Card from September 2016 to September 2022, including DVP and AVP in Internal Audit, and demonstrated expertise in quality assurance and stakeholder management. Prior experiences include serving as Senior Manager in Governance Risk & Internal Control at Mazars India and Manager of Internal Audit & Assurance at NIIT Limited, with additional consulting experience at Protiviti Consulting. Puneet holds a CA degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Panjab University.
