Ankur Parikh

Ankur Parikh is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Vizient, Inc. since July 2017. In this role, Ankur is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions, venture investments, and strategic partnerships to drive corporate growth. This includes developing inorganic growth strategies and leading cross-functional teams in due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction integration. Prior to Vizient, Ankur held the position of Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at EY, where responsibilities included leading teams in business valuations and advising on strategic planning and restructuring. Ankur also served as Vice President at The BVA Group LLC, focusing on valuation analyses for M&A and corporate decision-making. Ankur holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2006.
