Audrey Carlson is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Vizient, Inc. since April 2016. At Vizient, the largest member-owned healthcare services company in the nation, Audrey has also held various roles including Compensation & Benefits Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on multiple divisions such as Vizient Pharmacy and Apexus. Prior to Vizient, Audrey worked as a Recruiter at AmerisourceBergen, advising on talent strategies across multiple business units, and as a Recruiting Manager at Mallard Group, where new recruiting processes significantly improved project margins. Audrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
