Charlie Vongxay

Charlie Vongxay is the Director of Information Technology and Director of Infrastructure & Security at VizyPay. Prior to this, Charlie worked at Bankers Trust as a Systems Security Engineer I and at QCI as a Software Consultant. With experience as an Application Developer and Developer of IT Applications at Bankers Trust and Nationwide Insurance, Charlie holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Upper Iowa University and an Associate of Science in Management Information Systems, General from Des Moines Area Community College.
