Natalia Sprogis

Natalia Sprogis is an experienced professional in the field of UX research and analytics. Currently serving as the Head of the UX Research Department at Mail.Ru since December 2011, Natalia specializes in organizing the UX research process, conducting usability tests, and overseeing Usability Laboratory equipment. Prior to this role, Natalia was the Head of the analytics department at SM&Partners and worked briefly as a Product Manager at LLC Kupishoes / Lamoda.ru. Additionally, Natalia has significant experience as a User Research Consultant at UIDesign Group, where responsibilities included managing UX research projects and prototyping. Natalia holds a degree from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (Technical University), graduated in 2006.
