Rafael Vieira is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management and senior leadership roles. As Group Managing Director and Group Divisional Director at VKE Group since August 2022, Rafael has led diverse construction initiatives. Prior to this, Rafael served as Senior Project Manager at McLaren Construction Group and Paragon Construction, where notable projects included the transformation of the Christian Dior flagship store and various significant developments. Rafael's tenure at Chorus Group Ltd was marked by involvement in the prestigious Battersea Power Station Phase II Preliminary Works and high-profile projects such as The Shard of Glass. Early career experience includes important roles at Mace Group and Como Group, focusing on major fit-out projects and health and safety management. Rafael is currently pursuing a BTEC in Mechanical Engineering HVAC while holding a Level 3 Advanced Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
