Jerome van der Bruggen

Jerome van der Bruggen currently serves as Chief Market Strategist at Indosuez Wealth Management, leading the Investment Strategy Group with a focus on Macro & Market Strategy and Equity & Credit Analysis, supported by Investment Data Analysis. In addition, Jerome has been a Guest Lecturer at Vlerick Business School since March 2017 and held the position of Chief Investment Officer for Private Banking at Degroof Petercam from September 2008 until June 2025, where oversight of investment processes, asset allocation, and fund selection were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes serving as Director and Head of the Pan European Equities Benelux Sales desk at Citi from January 2002 to September 2008, and a role in Equity Sales at BNP Paribas CIB from February 1995 to December 1998. Jerome holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Economics from KU Leuven.
