Matthias Keller

Matthias Keller is currently a member of the Industry 5.0 Community of Practice at the European Commission since November 2024 and is pursuing a doctorate in Business Economics with a focus on Digital Transformation at both Vlerick Business School and KU Leuven. As a doctoral researcher, Matthias engages in Information Systems Engineering research using Action Design Research to aid manufacturing organizations in their digital transformation. Additionally, Matthias serves as a Digital Transformation & Industry 5.0 Researcher at Beaulieu International Group, overseeing lighthouse projects for organizational transition. Previous experience includes a role as a Business Developer at Optimy, focusing on digitalization challenges in various European markets, and a Membership Experience Specialist at Costco Wholesale Canada, where responsibilities included data analysis for digital membership programs. Educational background encompasses multiple degrees in Public Sector Innovation and eGovernance, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Carleton University.
