Arnold Davis

Arnold Davis, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC, starting in April 2024. Previously, Arnold held the position of Director of Human Resources at Quantlab Group from August 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive talent management strategies and leading HR operations. As Vice President of Talent Management at AmCap Mortgage, LTD from November 2020 to August 2022, Arnold established innovative talent management processes and launched programs to foster a culture of inclusion. Arnold's extensive experience also includes significant roles in organizational development at the Metropolitan Transit Authority, talent management at The Brock Group, and training initiatives at CEMEX and Anheuser-Busch. Arnold’s career began in the United States Air Force, progressing through various training and management positions, and culminated in a Master of Science degree from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Phoenix.
