Elaine Henninger Box

Elaine Henninger Box is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC since August 2023, Elaine has held several leadership roles, including Human Resources Director at New Concept Technology and Director of Human Resources at Envision Building Products and The Wenger Group. Noteworthy achievements include spearheading HR integration during corporate mergers, enhancing compliance and performance management programs, and providing strategic HR support to drive organizational growth at ENGEL North America and TE Connectivity. Elaine holds a BA in Government from Franklin & Marshall College, a JD in Labor Relations/Employment Law from The Catholic University of America, and completed the Labor Arbitrator Development Program at Cornell University's Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution.
