Katrien Schrever

Katrien Schrever is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in strategic HR management, organizational design, and change management. Currently serving as the Head of HR at VMA and an HR Consultant & Interim Manager at TalentBuilders, Katrien specializes in HR projects, interim management, mentoring, and coaching. Previous roles include Talent Manager & Change Leader at Jan De Nul Group, where responsibilities encompassed HR organization design and talent acquisition, and Head of Human Resources at Acerta, focusing on employee experience and labor relations. With a progressive career at UCB spanning nearly two decades, Katrien held senior positions that involved HR strategy development and transformation, impacting business performance and employee engagement.
