MaryAnn O'Connor is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in home health, hospice, and community-based services. As President and CEO of VNA Care Network & Hospice and VNA Care Network Foundation & Subsidiaries since 2012, O'Connor leads one of the largest nonprofit healthcare networks in the United States, serving over 275 communities with a significant budget and a large workforce. Prior roles include Regional Director at Visiting Nurse Service of New York, Vice President of Strategic Planning at Visiting Nurse Service of Connecticut, and President & CEO of United Visiting Nurse Association of Connecticut, where strategic planning and organizational growth were key focuses. O'Connor also has a strong foundation in nursing and healthcare administration, holding a Master’s in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Syracuse University.
