Şafak Mıhcı has extensive work experience as a software engineer, primarily in senior roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Middleware Developer for AVEA until September 2014. From September 2014 to March 2018, they worked as a Software Developer for PiA (People in Action). Following this, from May 2018 to April 2019, they served as a Senior Software Developer at Lidyum Bilişim Teknolojileri. In July 2019, they joined Allianz Türkiye as a Senior Software Engineer, leaving in October 2020. From October 2020 to July 2022, Şafak worked as a Senior Software Engineer at KKB Kredi Kayıt Bürosu. Currently, starting in July 2022, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer at VNGRS.
Şafak Mıhcı completed their Yüksek Lisans (Master) degree in Information Technologies from Bahcesehir University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied WirschatsInformatik at Ruhr University Bochum from 2010 to 2011. Şafak also pursued a degree in Business Informatics (German) at Marmara University from 2006 to 2012.
