Wayne Ramprashad

Wayne Ramprashad is the Chief Product Officer at Voci Technologies. Wayne has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, and has held various senior positions at companies such as Connect America Medical Alert Company and NYSE Euronext.

At Connect America, Wayne led the migration of a legacy billing system while rebuilding CRM interfaces from Salesforce. Wayne also reduced operating expenses by reducing the number of physical locations from five to three. In addition, they launched a new online experience including social media, email marketing system and chat.

At NYSE Euronext, Wayne was responsible for global web architecture, development, QA and operations. Wayne played a key role in the successful launch of NYSE Arca Options, an electronic options exchange.

Wayne holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Rutgers University.

Wayne Ramprashad has a degree in Executive Leadership from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a HBMATH from University of Waterloo.
