Anju Bijlani Verma

Anju Bijlani Verma is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Head of HR for Consumer Business & Marketing and Technology at Vodafone Idea Limited since September 2018. Anju has held multiple leadership roles within Vodafone Idea, focusing on HR business partnership and transformation. Prior to joining Vodafone Idea, Anju worked at Vodafone from February 2007 to August 2018, where various senior HRBP roles were undertaken, including responsibilities for M-Pesa and Partner Workforce Management. Anju's career commenced at Ma Foi Randstad and Headhunters, with early roles in client relations and human resources. Anju holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Mumbai University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis.
